Being a Grown Up

So I guess I have officially stepped into adulthood. I have a full time job with benefits, I make more money than I spend, and people have to call me Mrs. Wheeler. The first two weeks of teaching school have gone well. For the most part my students are really good, and they make teaching fun. However, there are some things I don't like. For example, sometimes I would like to talk back to my students when they are being a moron, but I can't, I'm the adult. Also, I really hate trying to find an apartment while teaching and while having Brady sometimes in Salt Lake and sometimes in Logan. Frustration. So if anyone would like to recommend a place . . . we are looking for a one bedroom around the Taylorsville area or closer to Bangeter Highway so Brady can drop me off at school before he goes to work. The ideal would be to house sit for someone on a mission, or if any one has a basement apartment. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

All in all, things are going well. I just can't wait until all the transition stuff is over and things return to normal, and we can settle into a routine. Which I hope involves meetin' up with some friends here in Salt Lake!

Hey Stasha, hope you are liking teaching. For an apartment, I would check out craigslist or ksl classifieds online. We found our apt on there and they have all sorts of places all over the valley. Hope that helps!

Hey Stasha. It sounds like things have changed since your bubble gum pizza and driving to dance class days! I am glad that you are back in the area. I hope to see you guys sometime. Thanks again for visiting in St. George!

I love that you are teaching junior high kids and at the junior high I went to. I would love to see you in action, and try to keep in those comments. Sometimes we wonder about those teenagers. Good luck

I know exactly how you feel! However, I don't know what to tell you about apartments. We just drove around in the area we wanted until we found something we both liked. Good luck!

We'll have to get together some time soon.
